Here is another photo tour of a great local restaurant in Boulder,
Zolo's brings together the great flavor and flair of the Southwest and combines it with that spirit that is unique to Boulder.
Zolo's general manager Andrew Bernstein was kind enough to allow me to take pictures as the restaurant opened for lunch.
I wasn't kidding when I said to one of the servers, "This is a target rich environment!" This place is a delight for a photographer or anyone with an artistic spirit. The colors, textures and artwork combine to make this restaurant sparkle.
The food is artfully prepared and presented to delight not only your eyes, but your pallet as well. I enjoyed the "Tuesday Special" of Shrimp and Sweet-potato Tamales. Yes, it did taste as good as it looks!
So why not check Zolo Grill out for yourself.
