Dagabi Cucina: a photo review

Welcome to my favorite restaurant:

Dagabi Cucina!

This is one of those hidden "gems" you are not really sure you want to share- but you do anyway.

Dagabi is just down some steps from Lucky's Market in the North Boulder Plaza; but it's like a having a bit of Europe in your back-yard.

On warm summer days, you can enjoy the charming patio...

With a wood-fired oven to bake their own bread, and perfectly cook a few types of pizza, this is a unique Mediterranean restaurant. (No, it's not an Italian restaurant!)

In the back of the dining room is more seating and a bar, where Sky can make you a classic martini, or any other drink you enjoy.

But what about the food?

Just look...

From the Tapas menu:
(above) Italian Polenta with goat chevre cheese.

(below) Steamed fresh mussels in a tomato-chili broth.

And just to prove this is a Spanish restaurant: authentic Paella!

(below) Paella de Mariscos: shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, red peppers, peas, artichoke hearts in Calasparra saffron rice.

After that, you will have to leave room for dessert!

(below) A tempting tray of treats including Tiramisu, a flourless chocolate tart and Creme Brulee.
